A Bill Of Rights

December 22, 2009

“A Bill of Rights is what the people are entitled to against every government, and what no just government should refuse, or rest on inference.” – Thomas Jefferson.

In light of what the gubmint is trying to do to us I would say that no truer words have ever been spoken. We need something between us and our gubmint right now. Just what are they doing at 1:08 AM? Are they behind closed doors stealing freedom? On Glenn Beck today Chris Baker, the guest host, said they are not legislating they are ruling-out of spite.

This health care BS is an obamanation. They think they are making it “unrepealable” and “unamendable” but what they forget, or probably don’t even know, is that would be unConstitutional. I really think it’s about time for some indictments here. They are trying to bind future congress’. Our Founding Fathers revolted over much less than this.

At any rate this is not over. Everyone I hear is calling for e-mails and phone calls to the criminals in congress. Jam them up and be sure to hit their satellite offices as well. I completely agree. Too many people are saying that nobody answers their e-mails and the people don’t listen to their calls. So what. Keep doing it. As long as they keep shoving this down our throats keep shoving your views down their throats. Who works for who anyway?

Fear

December 16, 2009

Thomas Jefferson said, “When people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.” Now I can’t speak for you but I find myself, on occasion, in fear of the gubmint. From time to time I am afraid to speak my true feelings for fear of prosecution on a hate crime or some other stupid thing. Every now and then I delete an entire post because I’m afraid they will come and get me for what I have said.

Does that sound right to you? Is this the kind of thing that should be happening in the United States? I usually get pissed off and rewrite it stronger but just the fact that I sometimes fear for my life like that is sickening. Now I’m quite a fearless fellow and this has happened to me, so what is happening to less intrepid individuals? What if some of these individuals are in the congress? I sent money to Joe Wilson after his outburst. Can you imagine the courage to say that to the face of evil like he did?

Look at the last part of that quote from Jefferson, “when the government fears the people, there is liberty.” What do you think about that? Here’s what I think. I think it’s time to put the fear into the whole bunch. I mean put them out and make sure they never work for us again. Not to some cushy job like these “blue dog Democrats” I’m hearing so much about but to a laboring position in the car wash. You see. Right there. I was afraid to say, “put them out. By force if necessary.” Because I feared that it could be taken wrong and I would be arrested for inciting a riot or some stupid thing. Drag them from their offices in chains and try them for the treasonous acts they have committed. Doesn’t that feel good to hear. It felt good to say. If you don’t hear from me again, please consider donating to my defence fund.

Corporations

August 7, 2009

In case you haven’t noticed, my favorite Founding Father is Thomas Jefferson,  even though I have more in common with Benjamin Franklin. Anyway, in 1802 Thomas Jefferson said, “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

What do you think of that? Does any of it sound familiar? The Fed is a privately owned bank you know? Fanny Mae, Ameriquest, GM and the rest grew up around it you know? There was a bubble and now what is Chairman Zero doing to your dollar? Is BHO going to be your landlord? If we get out of this, what do you think we should do with the Federal Reserve Bank?

If anything good is going to come out of this it’s that Obama is destroying corporations.  If you think I’m talking insane here refer to Jefferson’s quote on standing armies, banks and corporations. Look for Beck or Limbaugh to put this together pretty soon but I think only Beck has the stones to say it.
