Still Not Getting The Tea Party Movement

July 19, 2010

I read here that Newt Gingrich said the tea party should reach out to the NAACP to have town hall meetings. This is just further evidence that Newt has no clue what the tea party movement is about. If you don’t go you aren’t getting it.

First, people involved in the tea party movement have no desire to start chumming around with a racist organization like the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Colored People? Exclusively? It just doesn’t get any more racist than that.

Next, if we were to have a town hall meeting, that in itself brings a whole set of problems. We are not an organization so who does the speaking for us? Do we get together and spend millions of dollars to have an election? I don’t think so. Sorry, we are not here for that purpose. If you don’t like it join the NAACP.

Let me see if I can spell it out for those of you still not getting it. Just because it’s called a tea party does not, I repeat, not, mean we are a political party. People from all political parties attend tea party events. We voice our concerns in a civil fashion. We are working men and women who are simply working toward a common goal, taking our country back from the riff-raff that has attached itself like a parasite to our gubmint.

Come November we hope to give the parasites a shock. Then in 2012 we hope to finish the job. From then on we will stay vigilant to the developments in the gubmint so this doesn’t happen again. One hundred years of liberal feces that has been dumped on us won’t go away overnight but we intend to stay the course regardless of who calls us what. Until next time, screw environmentalists.

Tea Party

June 21, 2010

Yes. I have been to tea parties. No. I don’t belong to the “tea party”. I don’t even know what it is. Most of the people who attend tea parties don’t know what the “tea party” is. Apparently it’s a bogus bunch of shysters trying to capitalize on the success of the tea party movement.

Something I have noticed is that a lot of mainstream media types and career politicians can’t understand the tea party movement. I have attempted to explain this in short before but now I will get detailed from an attendee point of view. That’s right, an attendee, because the first order of business is you don’t belong. It’s not an organization. So all these shysters claiming to belong are totally out of the loop. They have no idea what they are talking about.

You don’t belong because it’s an idea. An idea whose time has come. If you are a member of the “tea party” you probably don’t have the support of the tea partiers. Why the name? Because modern-day tea partiers desire a return to the ideals of the original tea partiers. We are a Constitutional Republic and not a democracy. To paraphrase an old saying, two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch is a democracy. Liberty is an armed sheep fighting back.

Now, if I have to explain to you what the ideals of the original tea partiers are, you don’t get it. You need to learn this on your own. I do write a continuing piece on the Constitution which should help you quite a bit. We’re up to about part 30 and it happens every Friday now. Archives are available for you to read. There is no fast and hard answer for what you believe and only you can determine that but to help you here is the little quiz. Until next time, screw environmentalists.

You have a night off so you decide to go out for dinner and a movie. Sounds like fun and what can it hurt? You have a few dollars left after paying the bills so you decide to get a new DVD. No harm done right? You turn on the news and there he is. The latest socialist out of Hollywood spewing his commie crap all over your screen and doing his level best to take away a little more of your freedom. And you just paid for his piece of crap movie. How do you feel now?

Are you beginning to get the picture. You can’t go to the Tea Party on Saturday afternoon and then go and promote these peoples communist agenda Saturday night. You just can’t. It’s counterproductive.

I used to like Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel, until they did their Obama tour to raise money for the commie. I used to like Lewis Black, until he took his serious left turn. Now I won’t even leave the radio channel on. What’s more I take the channel off my push button. If I have the opportunity I tell the radio or TV station why I did what I did. A radio station in my area just went from music to talk. They are conservative too. Put one in my win column. I put it back on my button.

I’m not trying to tell you what to do, I’m just trying to get you to think about what you really want. FREEDOM IS NOT FREE!
