Justice Department

October 20, 2009

So Chairman Zero is at it again. When the good folks of Kinston, N.C. voted to do away with the party affiliation of candidates on the ballots, Zero sicked Holder on them. Attorney General Holder brought the full force of his League of Doom (the Justice Department) to bear on the citizens of the tiny town.

In the Washington Times Ben Conery said, “The Justice Department’s ruling, which affects races for City Council and mayor, went so far as to say partisan elections are needed so that black voters can elect their “candidates of choice” – identified by the department as those who are Democrats and almost exclusively black.” Oh no he didn’t! Can you say bad Justice Department, bad racist?

You see, by their own definition Eric Holder is a racist. He has power, thus he can be a racist, and in this case he’s a bad one. He’s not celebrating the difference he’s antagonizing what he thinks are inequities. Even though the people of Kinston (who are an estimated 65% black) voted this in. Once again, I don’t recall giving the feds this power. Do you?

World View

October 19, 2009

As you look around the world you see a lot of places that hate the United States and everyone in them. Why is that? I have heard a lot of reasons tossed out arrogance, meddling in the affairs of other countries and using most of the worlds resources are the top ones that come to mind. Now that we have a jerk running around apologizing for us I see nothing has changed. The jerk hasn’t changed anything at home to show his apology is sincere. And I believe he is about the most arrogant person we have ever had hold the office. What do you expect from an individual who has done nothing to earn the office he holds.

I heard a joke about an old rancher in Texas who had gone to the doctor for  a severe hand wound and while he was there, as the proceedure was quite long, the doctor attempted to engage him in conversation and asked him what he thought of Obama. The old man said he was a post turtle. The doctor didn’t understand so the old man explained.

“Your walking along checking fences and you come accross a turtle sitting on top of a fence post. He doesn’t know how he got up there, he don’t know what to do while he is there and he don’t know how to get down. A post turtle. But most of all you wonder what kind of jerk put him up there.”

Well, in Obama’s case the media, yes the media, is responsible for him being where he is. I cut my cable bill to the minimum and if I didn’t need the internet I would cut it out completely because I will not contribute to the re-election of Chairman Zero. I do not watch much TV at all and I haven’t read a newspaper in… I can’t remember when.

If somebody really wants to improve our image around the world I think the best thing they could do is stop all those things spit out as reasons we are hated. Let’s try this. Pull out of everything international. Bring all our troops home to close our borders. Pay off all our debt. Change the look of all our currency and disown the illegal fortunes spread all over the world. Become self sufficient and take care of our own problems for about twenty years and see how that strikes the rest of the world.

Antivirus

October 18, 2009

Ok, seven days and two computers later I have one online. I’ve been through Norton, McAfee, and AVG. Pretty much the big three as I understand it. Something is still wrong as I can only see half of this as I write it but I need to get back to it. I’m thinking it might be an error on my part causing the fonts to be too big.

Anyway, I thought about it long and hard before signing up for antivirus this time and I came up with Norton is number one, McAfee is number two and AVG is number three. Every geek in the former Soviet Union is writing virus’ for them so I went with one way down the list. I’ll let you know how that works out for me.

In my quest to get back online I thought about a lot of things one of which was how Chairman Zero will be turning the internet over to a global entity. Right now the Department of Defence is still running the show and look at all the trouble we have. I can’t wait to see how a global entity such as the UN handles it. Personally I have decided that nothing will be done online that could cause me trouble. No banking, shopping with credit cards, anything like that. I do a lot of business online and this is going to be a big hassle for me. I wonder how many people are having the same concerns? I’m really getting tired of his “world citizen” crap.

Global Lying

October 12, 2009

So this guy named Phelim McAleer goes to the premiere for some pack of lies envirodrama that says how flying is the worst thing you can do for global warming. He is a film maker and a former journalist so he gets into the press box where he asks the director and some of the actors how they got to the premiere. Of course the lying hypocrites flew there, a couple of the actors actually admit it but the overall response. They throw him out. Then they block his camera from seeing anything in the public area.

This is the standard response from the libs. When you disagree with their BS they silence you, at all costs. It has always been their last line of defence against the truth. Look, I know it’s hard and you feel like a fool but I have taken to turning their tactics right back on them with great success. I have a booming voice and I can out volume most libs, so I do. They don’t like it. They revert to calling me a nazi, which I enjoy turning on them. They really hate that. I’m just sick of their crap. I have watched my entire life as they have eroded my freedoms away, like so much sewage rolling over a rock, and now I’m saying enough. Whatever, I mean whatever, I’ve got to do to stop them I will now be doing.

Education is one of the worst things you can do to a lib. They like to think they are superior to your mouth-breathing carcass when in reality they are often fools and idiots. Sometimes the stupidity and hypocrisy that spews out of them in astonishing and so easy to turn on them and this is a perfect example of that. Ocean Cycles

October 10, 2009

As carbon dioxide (what you breath out and the trees breath in) continues to rise in our atmosphere global temperatures have not increased, this is from the climate correspondent for BBC News, Paul Hudson. How can this be? Scientist Piers Corbyn says that solar charged particles are almost entirely responsible for global temperatures. Can he be right? Research conducted two years ago by the Royal Society ruled out solar influences, Hudson wrote.

Professor Don Easterbrook from Western Washington University says the oceans and global temperatures are connected. He says the oceans have a 30 year cycle in which they warm and cool and the most important one is the Pacific decadal oscillation which is now cooling. Sounds reasonable, right? But the UK Met Office’s Hadley Centre says the long term trend in global temperatures is clearly up. Does this refute Easterbrook’s conclusions? Mojib Latif, a member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says that we may be in a 10-20 year period of cooling. He believes that this cooling will be temporary and then we’ll go right back to man-made global warming.

This all reminds me of that old television program “Soap” where when it first came on they made a bunch of crazy statements and then said, “Confussed? You won’t be after this episode.” The problem is this ain’t television and with each episode we get more confussed. My question to you is, is this speculation and contradiction worth destroying our way of life and our economy over, or should we wait until we know what the heck we are doing?

H.R. 2647

October 9, 2009

What is it you say? It’s a must pass $680 billion defence bill that I’m dead set against. Why would I be against this you ask? I’ll tell you why, because the libs attached a measure to expand the hate crimes law. The hate crimes law has morphed into BS anyway and now it will be expanded to include sexual orientation. That’s right, this could soon be protecting Chester the molester. What the heck does sexual orientation mean anyway? The Republicans refered to it as “thought crimes” legislation. Are you affraid of what you might be thinking yet?

“Oh, Rick, it’s not that bad.” you say? Well let me elaborate. What makes this so bad is that now the feds can take the lead on these crimes. That’s right, it turns into an instant felony and the feds can take over if they feel the State and Local government aren’t doing it right. This is not Constitutional. Here we go again. They continue to shred the Constitution. If we continue to allow this to happen we will find ourselves in real trouble (like we aren’t right now). The libs claim that this would not be the case and, of course, I trust them. How about you?

Baucus Bill

October 8, 2009

Better get ready because here it comes. They are planning to ram their garbage bill down your throat in the near futrure. They fanagled it out of committee and added 75, that’s right 75, amendments after the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) approved it. How do you think it would shake down with the CBO now? They claimed it was paid for but it’s not. It came in at $829,000,000,000.00 well within Mr. Obama’s $900,000,000,000.00 limit. That’s why they say it’s paid for but we didn’t have the $900,000,000,000.00 to begin with so that was like spitting straight up wasn’t it? They claim that this will not add a dime to the deficit, that’s their idea of affordable. What happened to the earlier claim I heard that it would reduce the deficit? How the heck was it going to do that anyway?

This piece of …legislation WILL increase taxes, includes medicare cuts and will raise insurance premiums for tens of millions of currently insured Americans. That’s what it will do and it will do that immediately. The rest of this cobbled up piece of crap won’t even take effect until 2013, one year after our glorious leader secures his second term. NOT!

Now to the meat, the main course. This is not even a bill. It’s not even real legislation. It’s a draft. And the CBO’s score is an estimate of a draft. It’s like getting an estimate to have your kitchen redone. Does that ever end the way they say it will? Did Guantanamo end like they said it would? Things happen. Problems come up that were unforseen. And to top it all off it’s probably not even Constitutional. Read that illegal. Why are we not prosecuting these jackals?

Civils Rights

October 7, 2009

I have been trying to find a definition of civil rights, but everywhere I look seems to be all skewed and convoluted. I know these definitions can’t be complete and many may just plain be wrong. What I need is an old law book from about six or seven decades ago. No matter, I can make my point and draw my conclusions without it.

To the point, it seems that violating ones civil rights is a federal case with possible severe consequences. I’m not sure if this was always this way but I’ll assume it has been. I know that in the sixties many offences were ramped up in severity due to the civil rights movement. Since that time you hear of serious violations of someones civil rights from time to time causing a re-evaluation of certain aspects of the term. As in one definition I found that stated that to discriminate against ones “sexual orientation” violates their civil rights. If that’s so how come we have so many sex offenders. If that’s their orientation isn’t it their right. Perhaps we need another re-evaluation.

Moving along, I finally found a definition in an online law dictionary http://www.answers.com/topic/civil-rights and  it seems that civil rights pertain to the rights contained in the Constitution. If you violate one of these rights you are guilty of violating someones civil rights. So, to conclude, if someone violates your right to keep and bear arms are they not violating your civil rights?

Second Amendment

October 6, 2009

Shall not be infringed. We’ve been over this before. I’m getting e-mails and seeing articles about this supreme court decision being “of paramount importance to American citizens”. They ask, “whether the right to keep and bear arms secured by the Second Amendment protects Americans from overreaching state and local governments.” I’m here to tell you you’re darn right it does pilgrim. Shall not be infringed does not specify the feds so it extends to your mailman, the pharmacist you get condoms from, the local sheriff and the pizza delivery guy.

I was told in an e-mail that I “urgently needed to demand that my State Attorney General file an Amicus Brief stating that he agrees that the individual right to keep and bear arms is protected by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and applies to all 50 states.” Is this hype to get me to donate to their cause? I think so because in the next sentence they asked me for money as well. It was from the Second Amendment Foundation, one of the parties bringing suit against the City of Chicago. That in itself was enough to get me to donate so why all the hype. Are people really so lethargic that they won’t defend these rights? If so perhaps they don’t deserve them.

Remember Patriots, freedom isn’t free. Nothing is. There are no free lunches. Nobody rides for free. How many ways can you say it? If you want to and you can afford it I suggest you google the Second Amendment Foundation and help them defend your freedom. And I’m still considering that Amicus Brief thing.

Oral argument will possibly be scheduled early this coming winter, with a decision expected by June 2010.

TARP

October 5, 2009

Well, apparently our gubmint lied. Can you believe it? And you can probably blame this on Bush. Henry Paulson, the former Treasury Secretary, teamed up with one of those disreputable bankers, Ben Bernanke, and lied to the American people about the “health” of nine banking institutions that got the money. I guess they weren’t as healthy as these two said they were so that’s why the bailout isn’t working.

What a load of male bovine feces. It couldn’t be that the program was just a load of the same in the first place could it? Some of the banks involved were Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Bank of America Corp., Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Inc., Wells Fargo & Co., Bank of New York Mellon and State Street Corp. The complete list is apparently a national secret or something because it has never been released. It’s claimed that these institutions were “not so healthy” and this caused “damage to the programs credibility”.

Excuse me, did I miss something? Was there really a time when this hair brained, crackpot of a scheme had credibility. I believe that from the first moment it was introduced intelligent people all over this country, and the world, began ripping on what an idiot plot it was. I’m so sick of being played for an imbecile by these jackals. They all need to go back to their jobs at the car wash in 2010.
